PlayStation have built up a massive following over the years. Many avid gamers are draw to the PlayStation brand and are happy to pay hundreds of pounds to get their hands on the latest console. The PlayStation 5 came out not long before Christmas last year and still supplies are very low. Many people have not been able to get their hands of the much-awaited console.

Sony who owns PlayStation have recently announced that as of xxx they will no longer be offering games on their PlayStation store for the PS3 or the PS Vita. They have said that this is so they can continue to offer more support to the newer models such as the PS4 and PS5. Although they will be closing the store to PS3 and Vita users, you can still buy these games often second hand, online or in some shops that sell preowned games such as CEX. Although this may be frustrating to some Ps 3 or Vita owners, the PS3 has been out now for 15 years so it should come as no surprise that they are having to drop support for it, especially in light of the launch of the PS5 last year.
