The PlayStation VR has been out in the UK for a good few years now but there has been an updated version release since the initial set in 2016. If you haven’t tried one then it is hard to envision exactly what it is and how it works. Many of the games (even the ones that don’t look really realistic) immerse you in to them that you can forget where you are for a minute. Games that involve you flying or twisting and turning upside down can send you dizzy and even make you feel a bit queasy.

When it comes to choosing games, there are quite a few out but it all depends on what sort of game you want. Some are quite funny and easy to play, whereas others are more gripping and can be quite intense. You shouldn’t play on the VR for long periods of time without a break as it can be quite a strain on your eyes. If you have you get children that want to play on it you need to think carefully and take note as to how long they are on it. It’s not recommended for children under the age of 12 but if they do have a little go make sure it’s only for a few minutes at a time.
